Nichols Designs guarantees the merchandise sold to you. Merchandise purchased on this website may be returned for exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied. Returns should be made within 30 days from receipt of order and you MUST call us at (847) 515-7457 for an official Return Authorization number prior to returning the item(s).
