What is the return policy?
Nichols Designs guarantees the merchandise sold to you. Merchandise purchased on this website may be returned for exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied. Returns should be made within 30 days from receipt of order and you MUST call us at (847) 515-7457 for an official Return Authorization number prior to returning the item(s). We strongly suggest that you send the returned item via UPS or FedEx for easy tracking. Nichols Designs is not responsible for misdirected packages. Please ship returns to:

All website items can be ordered with a minimum of only one piece.

Website orders must be paid via Visa, MasterCard or American Express. This site utilizes technology to encrypt your credit card information, encoding the numbers on your credit card to ensure the safest and most reliable transmission over the Internet.

What is the sales tax rate?
All orders shipping within the state of Illinois will be charged sales tax at a rate of 7%. All orders shipping out of Illinois will not be charged sales tax.

I live outside the United States. How do I place orders?
When registering or logging into our site you will see a check box labeled "International Account", check that box. It will allow you to register or update your account without supplying your address. Then you may place your order and after checkout you will be sent an e-mail asking for your bill to address and ship to address (if different from billing address). In this e-mail you will also be asked if you want to use a third party FedEx or UPS account number to bill the shipping costs and taxes & duties. If you do not have a third party account number, Nichols Designs will use FedEx to deliver the order and will bill you the shipping costs along with the item costs when the order ships. Later, you will receive a separate bill for the taxes and duties. This could take anywhere from two to eight weeks.

Can Nichols Designs fulfill orders for items that do not appear on this web site?
Yes. Nichols Designs can access literally thousands of apparel and advertising specialty items. We can expedite search requests for custom products and find a selection of items within 24-48 hours.
